3D Printing Corn, Edible 3D Printing
The 3D corn printer is a tasty creation, as well as a delicious exploration of edible materials and new manufacturing methods. Corn is an ancient grain originally from America. Native Americans were the first to transform corn into a dough, and these days in Central America and South America, corn dough is the ingredient in some traditional dishes. The aim of this project is to show the result of an industrial designer creating maize dishes, such as arepas, tacos, and nachos by using additive manufacturing technologies.
